Analysis Of lnfluence Of Academic Journals ln Architecture

Abstract：This paper had studied 20 academic publications in Architecture by using the data from the annual report of Chinese academic journals impact factor. Compared to the journals in urban planning, this paper analyzed the impact factors of the journal influence, such as the composite factors, the comprehensive factors, the annual download rate of web, the average citation number, and the relationship between the average citation number and the comprehensive factors. The result showed that the impact factors and the average citation number of academic journals in Architecture are noticeably lower than journals in related subjects, while the web download rate is higher than the average rate of journals in civil engineering, which indicates that the academic journals in architecture have a better choice on topics, but the depth study is insufficient.
