Design of Ecologically Friendly Architectural Skins of High-rise Buildings in Southern China

Abstract：Environment conservation and energy saving are the common goals of the development of human societies. To be environmentaly and ecologicaly friendly, architecture design has to be strategicaly emphasized on green architecture. The design of a skin system of architecture could be highly related to the energy-saving system. Case studies on high-rise buildings’ skins have been used in the paper to discuss the design method of ecologicaly friendly architectural skin of high-rise buildings.
