Abstract：According to analysis of the pros and cons in traditional village resources protection through various preservation models, the lack of perfect theory is indicated in this paper. Stil, a majority of plans folows heritage protection and historic village conservation theories which focus on physical protection during plan making. This article based on Tangdong, Fujian conservation and development planning, in order to find a better way for highlighting humanism of local in future plan.
