Discussion of the Applicability Evaluation System of Green Energy Technology:Case of the Planning of Green Energy System in Guangzhou Haizhu Eco-city

Abstract：From the concept of green civics, the paper studied the international experiences, analysed the mechanism and characteristics of the green resource technologies, and tried to propose an effective applicability evaluation system. The system has been used to evaluate the applicability of Ecology Planning of Guangzhou Haizhu Eco City. By evaluation, the paper suggested the municipal technical supports to realize Low-carbon city.
