Design of Sound Insulation Wall in City Expressway

Abstract：The problem of noise is serious on sides of city expressway. Facing the real problems of the sound proof screen like high-cost, easy to damage, and not enough instalation length, we proposed to use the aerated concrete blocks with ceramic powder fibers to make sound insulation walls in an innovative structure of wedge absorber. The sound insulation wals can be constructed together with the roads and we believed the wals can perform wel in noise reductions in city expressway.
