The Way to Green Community:A Green Practice in Shenzhen Bay Technology and Ecology Community

Abstract：This paper studies the breakthroughs and innovations in the areas of green building designs, technologies and management systems for the large-scale urban project by conducting the project of technology and ecological community in Shenzhen. By taking the systematic ‘Balance Planning’ as foundation concept, ‘Vertical City, layered and cubic’ as main planning idea and ‘EDT + specific planning + Ontology technique’ as new ecological community design guidance, plus innovation integration synergy management methods, the project carried out some beneficial explorations on green community .
