Abstract：aBsTRacT Dingyuanying, located in Alxa Left Banner Bayanhot town, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, was founded in 1726. Yuezhongqi, Sichuan and Shanxi governor, petitioned the emperor to construct Dingyuanying. Mongolian princes had lived in Dingyuanying since 1731. The urban pattern became gradually complete due to its urban expansion. The buildings were unique. The paper summarizes the diverse architectural culture in Dingyuanying rooted from the ancient architectural style.
