Abstract：Qinghai locates at northwest China, the junction of the nomadic and farming, Its mutilculture integrates the Chinese central plains culture, Tibetan Buddhist culture and Islamic culture. Through the investigation and mapping on rural environment, analysis of the diversity of Qinghai ethnic culture, the article summarizes the characteristics of settlements and the living space form. The article also points out that the multiethnic architectural diversity stems from natural and cultural diversity.
