Abstract:The preparation of lightweight wall materials use of ceramic waste is the important method to solve the problem of ceramic waste from the environment. In this study, the cement was replaced by 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of ceramic waste to prepare lightweight porous concrete, the influence of ceramic waste on the performance and pore structure of lightweight porous concrete was discussed. The experimental results showed that the dosage of ceramic waste lower than 20% had lower water absorption, higher compressive strength and lower porosity density for lightweight porous concrete due to physical fil ing effect of ceramic waste, the dosage of ceramic waste higher than 20% had worse performance and pore structure.
