A review of Quantitative and Pricing Evaluation Methods of Culture Heritage in China

Abstract:This paper summarizes some of the frequently used quantitative evaluation methods, such as Factor Analysis, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, as wel as the pricing assessment methods, such as Travel Cost method, Contingent Valuation method and Input-Output multiplier model. We firstly abstract the basic logic of the methods, and then a brief introduction of those methods is provided, at last some existed empirical researches are used to form the conclusion. based on the analysis, some of the possible directions for future research are suggested.
