Open Stereoscopic Platform：the Design of Student Center of Macau university

Abstract：Nowadays, student center is getting increasingly important for a society that lays great emphasis on quality education. Traditional rules and conceptions of design can not meet the demand of the new age, especially the communication space required by the students is an urgent issue. Taking the Student Center of macau University as an example, this paper introduced its overall layout plan, indoor and outdoor interactive program, stereoscopic communication space and landscape axis. After analyzing its designing features of the Student Center of macau University as a new generation of campus activity, it pointed out that creating stereoscopic exchanges space with humane care as wel as implementing green buildings concepts was the future development trend of activity centers.
