Discussion on Some Problems in the Application of the BIM in Construction Projects

Abstract：In this paper, the concept, origin, development and application characteristics of bIm are introduced. Some misunderstanding on bIm is adressed. Some other topics, including the bIm standardization, localization, bIm team building, project evaluation and bIm development are also discussed.
