From“Standard Household”to“Standard Person”:Research Framework of Public Service Provision of Social Housing Based on the Demand

Abstract： This project is to research the intervention of urban planning to social housing. Firstly, it created the concept of“standard person”, from which can we analyze the diverse demand of different user from individual perspective. It wil help to confirm the content and standard of public services. Secondly, from spatial perspective, it study the spatial intervention of urban planning, from the aspects of public transportation and land provision of public service. Lastly, from social perspective, under the background of non-ownership living, it studies the possibility of self-organized public service provision and the establishment of neighborhood spirit.
