Study on a Visual Evaluation Model Based on Kuang-ao Theory:Take Urban Wetland Park as an Example

Abstract： Kuang-ao theory is the basic theory of landscape analysis and evaluation. Taken urban wetland park as an example, this article divided the Kuang-Ao visual evaluation model into two parts:visual character and visual perception. Together with another part which was added as a new evaluation factor based on nature, this article analyzed these three parts in different dimensions and a visual evaluation system of wetlands was built. Then utilizing an experiment, this article investigated the relationship between visual character and visual feeling of wetlands by SPSS. Final y, a model about“Visual character--visual perception--visual feeling”was set up to guide the practice of urban wetland park design.
