Research on Non-linear High-rise Residential Buildings in Singapore

Abstract：Nonlinear science has led to the transformation of the architectural design. Those former theorists become design masters today. Their works are from villa to large public building. Although there are variety of nonlinear buildings, nonlinear high-rise residential buildings are still very rare. In recent time, several non-linear high-rise residential projects have been constructed in Singapore, which gain widespread concern. The reason of that is partially because of market, partially due to the advancement of technology. But the more important reason is the beauty of the non-linear architecture is accepted by the public.
