Abstract：At present,the risk of residential security may come from earthquake,landslide,mudslide, typhoon,flood and the other natural disasters. It also could be mineral mining, dam,fire,explosion,radiation,toxic gases and the other factitious disaster. This paper focuses on the latter for housing risk from three aspects, the farmer's perception of risk, government functions of management, and manufacturing risks in rural areas, to analyze security issues and propose appropriate countermeasures.
