Vernacular Architectural Study in a Space-time Continuum Point of View

Abstract：The paper uses a problematic way to point out that one of the important tasks of vernacular architecture study is to get from the “know-what”to“know-how” and “know-why” through a space-time continuum point of view. It wil help to find the construction intel igence, the guide-exist and the architectural gene of them and create a basement for sustainable development of local architecture.
