Research on the Housing Realization of Affordable Purpose:From the Differentiation Related to the Commercial House

Abstract： Similar to the normal commercial house, affordable house is deeply influenced by the regional living environmental factors. Meanwhile, affordable house has typical and specific characters in the policy mechanism, interior space, neighboring relationship and living behavior in relation to the commercial house. These peculiarities are the key elements that make affordable house unique. The design practice and the theoretical research on this matter is far from enough by now. Researchers in this area need to clarify the differentiation cognition between the affordable house and the normal commercial house, and maintain the primitive destination for affordable housing. This is what this paper is trying to figure out.
