The Risk in the Designing of Green Buildings from the Viewpoint of LEED-igation

Abstract： aBStract It is impossible to ignore the hidden risks of green building. Architects usual y take the risk of technical exploration. It is verified by cases of LEED lawsuits as known as LEEDigation. The paper reveals mistakes and defections occurred in the design process through case studies of typical LEEDigations. By learning from the lessons of the practical risks, it helps to establish a healthy module of the design of green building.
