The Effection of the Maintenance on Structures and Materials to the Building Energy Efficiency
Abstract：Through the analysis of the exterior wall structure for thermal insulation in the most area in China, and the compare with the advanced experiences, the paper tends to explain the main reasons of the dissatisfied building energy efficiency in China. It suggested the suitable internal insulation in northern area and the usage of the aerated concrete and fibreboard, as well as the manufactured synthesized wall with internal thermal insulation, to reach the better energy efficiency.
