Abstract：The Facial-makeup-type design in the planning of Guangya Academy is very unique in the existing ancient buildings. It has very strong connection to the Fengshui theory, which influences the daily life since thousands of years, if takes the contemporary and local background as consideration. The paper reviews the Fengshui theory related to the Facial-makeup-type layout and design, and the characters of this art form.
