Educating Excellent Talents, Fostering Young Teachers, and Managing Department Development: Reviewing the 8 Years’ Experience as he Head of the Department
Abstract：This paper reviews the old stories during the eight years when the author was the Head of the Department of Architecture. The situation was not good for the structure of our teachers as being short of the leading talent for research and teaching. Strategy was then made to introduce excellent talents, to foster young teachers, and to lead all staffs to a new academic level at that time.
