The Review of the Open Research Fund Projects of the State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building Science
Abstract：Open Research Fund is the key platform to carry out the higher education key laboratory’s ＂Openness, Flow, Cooperation, Competitiveness＂ strategy. It encourages basic researches and helps to cultivate high level talents. This paper reviews the experiences and summarizes the successes of the Open Research Fund Projects of the State Key Laboratory of Subtropical Building Science. It also points out some problems the platform is facing and raises countermeasures.
