Inheriting and Development of ＂Artful Following-Sampling＂ in the Creation of Urban Public Landscape
Abstract：The basic principle of Chinese traditional landscaping is ＂artful following and sampling＂, which is stated in the book of Yuanye. After analysis of urban landscape optimization and the interacting relationship between urban public landscape and urban development, this paper discusses the inheritance and development of the idea of ＂artful following-sampling＂ in the creation of urban public landscape, and thus puts forward a new landscape decision-making mechanism and the following corresponding requirements.
