Abstract:Driven by evolving medical concepts, the demand for comfort-oriented diagnosis and treatment has surged, exposing the core contradiction between imbalanced resource allocation and lagging systematic construction. The safety and quality of current services are constrained by a chronic shortage of anesthesiologists,a one-sided underestimation of their professional value(often oversimplified by the"painless"label),fragmented operational layouts, and disrupted postoperative safety management chains.Furthermore, regulatory loopholes in pharmaceutical supervision and the absence of a full-process quality control system remain critical challenges. To address these issues, this paper proposes a systematic pathway for establishing comfort-oriented diagnosis and treatment centers.By affirming the leading role of anesthesiologists and implementing multidisciplinary collaborative mechanisms, including dynamic resource scheduling, tiered postoperative management,pre-procedural assessment, stratified human resource allocation, and closed-loop quality control, resource intensification and process standardization can be achieved. This analysis demonstrates that promoting the standardized and systematic development of comfort-oriented diagnosis and treatment centers is an imperative strategy to meet public demand and drive the comprehensive upgrading of healthcare quality.
