Female patient, 19 years old, height 172 cm, weight 56 kg, body mass index 18.9 kg/m2. She has had a heart murmur for more than 10 years. She was admitted to the hospital due to sudden chest pain without obvious cause. The diagnosis was congenital heart disease: left pulmonary artery stenosis, noncompaction ventricular myocardium (NVM). Pulmonary artery stenosis accompanied or not by right ventricular outflow tract obstruction is a congenital cardiac structural abnormality, mainly characterized by congenital stenosis of the main pulmonary artery or its branches.
