Practice and exploration of anesthesia quality control management in county-level medical institutions under national policy guidance

Abstract：Under China's national policy framework for comprehensive healthcare quality improvement,anesthesia quality control man-agement at the county level has emerged as a critical yet challenging priority.This study examined the three-year quality control practices of Songzi Municipal Anesthesia Quality Control Center in Hubei Province,systematically analyzing current conditions,core challenges,and innovative strategies in county-level anesthesia quality control.Through policy synergy,a grid-based quality control system,regular inspection-assistance mechanisms,resource integration,and data-driven management,Songzi achieved significant improvements in anes-thesia safety and quality,forming a replicable "Songzi Model".The study proposes actionable recommendations,deepening policy coordi-nation,advancing digitalized quality control platforms,and optimizing incentive mechanisms,to provide theoretical and practical guidance for anesthesia quality control in other county-level regions.
