Recommendations for hospital administration models in anesthesiology based on a comparison of disciplinary differences between China and the United States

Abstract：This paper explores the current development status of anesthesia management in China and the United States,and compares the differences in anesthesia management between the two countries from the aspects of education and training,specialty development,team building,and cross-departmental collaboration.The study reveals that the United States has certain advantages in anesthesia educa-tion and training,specialization development,anesthesia team management,and interdisciplinary collaboration.Based on this,from the perspective of hospital administration,this paper puts forward suggestions for the management model of anesthesia teams,including optimi-zing the team structure,strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation,expanding anesthesia services,and promoting technological innovation.The research results have important reference value for improving the management level and service quality of an esthesia teams in China.
