Abstract:The significance of perioperative management in enhancing patient prognosis and optimizing the allocation of medical re-sources has become increasingly evident. In recent years, the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery has gained widespread applica-tion.Extensive clinical studies have demonstrated that enhanced recovery after surgery can effectively reduce hospital stays, lower medical costs, decrease the incidence of complications, and enhance patient satisfaction across various adult surgical procedures.Newborns,as a unique population, differ significantly from adults and children.Their physiological and psychological development remains immature,po-sing greater challenges for perioperative management.Neonatal intestinal surgery represents one of the most common and high-risk proce-dures in neonatal surgery, with numerous factors influencing postoperative outcomes. To date, there is a paucity of systematic reviews and analyses addressing the perioperative management factors affecting outcomes in neonatal intestinal surgery. This article aims to systemati-cally summarize and analyze these influencing factors to provide valuable clinical guidance for perioperative care in this context.
