Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with project-based learning(PBL)teaching model based on we-media platform in anesthesia teaching. Methods Fifty undergraduates majoring in anesthesia who practiced in the Department of Anesthesiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College and the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing University Medical College from March 2023 to December 2024 were included in this study.According to two-color pellet method, they were divided into conventional teaching group(n=25)and CBL+PBL teaching group(n=25).CBL+PBL teaching group imple-ments CBL combined with PBL teaching model based on we-media platform. The teaching effect of the two groups was observed. Results Compared with the conventional teaching group, scores of the CBL+PBL teaching group after teaching were higher, the theoretical knowl-edge examination score(94.62±1.85 vs 85.52±2.11)points,the practical operation examination score(95.24±2.24 vs 86.37±2.05)points,and the score of the ability to solving problems(9.36±0.57 vs 8.05±1.64)points.The satisfaction rate of teaching methods of CBL+PBL teaching group(100.00%)was higher than that of the conventional teaching group(80.00%).There were sta-tistically significant comparisons between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching model based on we-media platform not only effectively improves the quality of clinical teaching in anesthesia teaching, promotes students' mastery of theoreti-cal knowledge and cultivation of practical ability, but also stimulates learning interest and arouses learning enthusiasm, thus achieving bet-ter teaching effect and higher student satisfaction.
