Application progress of multi-modal teaching method in enhancing the"job competence"of anesthesia undergraduates

Abstract：Anesthesiology is an important component of medicine,cultivating anesthesia professionals based on job competency is an important guarantee for promoting the development of"comfortable medical treatment".Appropriate and effective teaching methods can significantly improve the quality of anesthesia undergraduate education.At present,the traditional teaching method mainly based on teachers'lectures,which cannot meet the needs of the development of medical education.The rise and application of various teaching methods such as problem-based teaching,blended learning,virtual reality technology,and practical teaching not only promote the improvement of teaching quality,but also cultivate students'abilities and qualities required for job competence.However,emerging teaching methods also have certain limitations in practical applications.Although the application of multimodal teaching methods can make up for the shortcomings of single teaching methods and achieve the collaborative cultivation of students'knowledge-ability-quality,effective design based on teaching content is still needed in specific applications.The development of teaching effectiveness evaluation models will also promote the improvement and enhancement of teaching methods,and strive to cultivate the"job competence"of anesthesia undergraduates.
