Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of different postural positions on postural syndrome and respiratory circulation in patients receiving thyroidectomy under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 183 patients with thyroid tumor, including 71 males and 112 females, aged 23-67 years, with average age(45.29±17.33)years,who received thyroidectomy under general anesthesia in Mudan People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into three groups, traditional position(n=61),modified position(n=61)and comfortable position(n=61),according to random number table method. The incidence of postural syndrome, abnormal respiratory circulation during operation, intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative hospital stay were compared among the three groups. Results The incidence of dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting, neck and shoulder pain and back pain were the lowest in the comfortable position group and the highest in the traditional position group. There were significant differences in the incidence of postural syndrome among the three groups(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal respiratory circulation in the traditional position group, the modified position group and the comfortable position group were 11.48%(7/61),13.11%(8/61)and 9.84%(6/61),respectively,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the comfortable position group were lower than those in the traditional position group and the modified position group, and the difference of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative hospital stay in the modified position group were lower than those in the traditional position group, and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients receiving thyroidectomy under general anesthesia, comfortable position has the best effect on reducing the incidence of postural syndrome, reducing intraoperative blood loss and shortening postoperative hospital stay, and does not increase the operation time and the risk of abnormal respiratory circulation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
