Abstract:After analysis of the construction of clinical disease risk prediction models, the risk factors of emergency agitation(EA)after general anesthesia in children during recovery period, and the current status of the risk prediction model, for EA after general anesthesia in children,it is concluded that the currently constructed EA risk prediction models during recovery period are mostly suitable for adult groups, and their prediction performance is good, which is conducive to the early identification of high-risk groups of agitated patients by medical staff, but the clinical practicability and the applicability of the prediction model need to be improved. The purpose of this study is to build a risk prediction model for EA,which is in line with China's national conditions and is suitable for children in our country.Meanwhile, the prediction model has good predictive performance and clinical practicability and applicability, which can help to improve the cognitive level of EA of nursing personnel, guide their clinical practice, and finally change the clinical outcome of pediatric patients.
