Discussion on homogenization management of narcotic drugs in anesthesia work unit outside the operating room

Abstract：Objective To explore the role of homogenization management mode in the management of narcotic drugs in the anesthetic work unit outside the operating room.Methods Since July 2021,the homogenization management mode was used to manage narcotic drugs in the work unit of anesthesia outside the operating room.With the establishment of management process,the ratio of the quality management index of narcotic drugs can be compared and analyzed every quarter after the implementation of the homogenization management model.Results The score of management index was significantly improved every quarter.Conclusion The application of homogenization management mode in the management of narcotic drugs in the anesthetic work unit outside the operating room can effectively improve the management quality of narcotic drugs and achieve the purpose of standardized,refined and safe management,which is worth popularizing.
