Application of anesthesia practice parameters in the improvement of anesthesia quality

Abstract：Anesthesia quality is closely related with anesthesia practice parameters.ASA practice parameters, developed by the ASA members, include the standards, guidelines, advisories/suggestions and consensus, and serve ASA memebers and the global anesthesia practitioners.Since the different evidence is cited, parameters guide us in different depth in clinical practice.The anesthesiologists have benefited from practicing parameters in improving patients' safety and outcomes, and will improve the quality in our profession consistently.
