Shanghai No. 411 Hospital

Abstract：Shanghai No. 411 Hospital is located in the bustling Sichuan North Road in Hongkou District, adjacent to Lu Xun Park and Duolun Road Cultural Celebrity Street. It has a profound cultural heritage and a century-long history. It is the first hospital of the People's Navy, a first-class tertiary A hospital among the military, and a comprehensive public hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, research, and rehabilitation, established according to the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics. The hospital has undergone six reassignments, and in January 2022, it was fully transferred from the Naval Medical University to China Rongtong Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. It is the affiliated hospital of Shanghai University, a cooperation hospital for military support and preferential treatment in Hongkou District, and a member unit of the specialty alliance of the First Affiliated Hospital of the Naval Medical University. It is also a clinical internship base for universities such as Beihua University, Harbin Medical University, and Wannan Medical College, opening up a new model of high-quality development through multi-party collaboration between universities, hospitals, government, and enterprises.
