Abstract:Recent studies have shown that neurite-directing factor Netrin-1, as a new anti-inflammatory factor, can inhibit the migration of immune inflammatory cells to inflammatory sites, thus avoiding excessive immune inflammation. The anti-inflammatory effect has been preliminarily studied in many organs such as brain, lung and kidney. Related studies suggest that the anti-inflammatory effect of Netrin-1 is mainly achieved by binding with receptors. This article summarizes the role of Netrin-1 in various immune inflammatory disease models, and provides new ideas for the treatment of immune inflammatory diseases.
