Abstract:To explore the expression and regulation of NKG2A on NK cells obtained from psoriasis vulgaris patients, flow cytometry was used to detect and analyze the proportion of NK cells and its receptor NKG2A expression in the peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris patients, and the effect of plasma inflammatory factors on NKG2A expression of NK cells was investigated in vitro, then the relationship of NKG2A expression with the PASI score of psoriasis vulgaris patients was measured.Data showed that compared with healthy donors, the level of circulating NK cells in psoriasis vulgaris patients were not altered (P>0.05),but the expression of inhibitory receptor NKG2A on circulating NK cells of psoriasis vulgaris patients was significantly decreased (P<0.05).In addition, the expression of NKG2A on NK cells was inhibited by plasma obtained from patients, and anti-TNF-α neutralizing antibody could rescue NKG2A expression on NK cells. Moreover, the level of NKG2A expression on NK cells was negatively correlated with PASI scores (P<0.05).In conclusion, the expression of NKG2A on NK cells is decreased and correlated with disease progress;monitoring NKG2A levels on NK ceils in the peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris patients might aid the judgment of disease progress.
