Abstract:CD4 + Treg cells are essential to maintain immune homeostasis and protection against autoimmunity. The immunosuppressive function of CD4 + Treg cells are closely related to many diseases or pathological state, such as autoimmune diseases, tumors, inflammatory immune response and post-transplant rejection, etc.Study of Treg cells and associated immune negative regulatory mechanisms are important for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune diseases, the regulation of anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor immune responses. In this paper,we will review the immune-regulatory effects of transmembrane molecules, transcription factors and cytokines on CD4+Treg cells in detail.
