Natural killer cell-based anti-tumor effects

Abstract：NK cell,the core cell in the innate immune system,plays a vital role in the immunology.Because of innate characteristics of identifying tumor cell and cytotoxic effect,NK cell-based anti-rumor therapy has become an advanced research hotspot and made some achievements in clinical practice.This paper focuses on the roles of NK cells in anti-tumor therapies in recent researches.
