Abstract:To discuss the clinical significance of the level of interleukin-17 (IL-17),interlcukin-22 (IL-22) in patients with polymyositis or dermatomyositis combined with interstitial lung disease,50 patients diagnosed with PM/ DM were divided into ILD group (n=28) and Non-ILD group (n=22).The clinical data and related laboratory index of the two groups were recorded. At the same time,30 healthy subjects were chosen as the normal control group. The levels of serum IL-17 and IL-22 in the three groups were detected by Luminex liquidchip, and the differences were analyzed by using Mann-Whitney U-test.Data showed that before the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in age, female,CK,cutaneous VAS,skeletal VAS,gastrointestinal VAS,cardiac VAS,muscular VAS (P>0.05);the expression of serum IL-17 and IL-22 in Non-ILD group and ILD group were significantly higher than those of controls (P<0.01),and the expression of serum IL-17 and IL-22 in ILD group were significantly higher than those of Non-ILD group (P<0.01).After treatment, the levels of serum IL-17 and IL-22 significantly decreased (P<0.05).The present study demonstrates that IL-17 and IL-22 may be involved in the pathogenesis of PM/DM,and play an important role in the pathogenesis of PM/DM-ILD process;the expression of IL-17 and IL-22 can be used as important reference indicators to predict the pathogenesis and judge the curative effect of PM/DM-ILD.
