Abstract:Wnt is a class of secretory glycoproteins working in autocrine or paracrine manner.Wnt family is a group of highly conserved signaling molecules that regulate intercellular signaling during embryonic development.Wnt signaling pathways are classified as β-catenin-dependent canonical pathway and noncanonical pathway, which are widely involved in the proliferation, migration and differentiation of cells. It is noteworthy that Wnt signaling pathways regulate the differentiation and development of immune ceils such as macrophages,T cells and B ceils,as well as the immune response through a variety of mechanisms. In addition,Wnt signaling pathways play important roles in regulating the biological functions of hepatic stellate cells and endothelial cells. Here,we reviewed the progress of Wnt signaling pathways in regulating immune responses.
