Abstract：Rheumatoid arthritis is a kind of autoimmune disease,whose pathological changes include synovitis and pannus formation.Previous studies shown that platelet activation and activation products,as an important rheumatoid arthritis pathological changes and risk factors,are very important for the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis.This paper focus on the effect of platelet activation and its products on rheumatoid arthritis,and summarize the mechanism of platelet activation and the relationship between the platelet activation products and rheumatoid arthritis.
