Abstract：Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β),a ubiquitously expressed serine/threonine protein kinase,can regulate metabolism,cell growth and immune inflammatory reaction.Recent studies found that GSK3β can promote inflammation by activating NF-κB signaling pathways,enhancing the innate immune response,promoting oxidative stress and inhibiting autophagy in acute liver failure (ALF).
