The application of basophil activation test in diagnosis of allergic diseases

Abstract：Allergic disease is one of the diseases that affect human health and life quality.Basophils activation test (BAT) has become a kind of new method in the clinical diagnosis of allergic disease with the development of flow cytometry.It is very important to establish a standardized BAT method to compare and confirm results from different studies.In the paper,we provide an review of the technical details and applications of BAT in the field of allergic disease.
