Abstract：Neutrophils,as an important part of innate immune system,defense the infection mainly by its chemotaxis and phagocytosis.Recently,neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) have emerged to be another mechanism of neutrophils' anti-infection.NETs also can simultaneously impair the normal tissue.This review focuses on the mechanism of formation,composition,signal pathway and biological function of NETs.
