Abstract:Studies of immunity in the near twenty years have broadly emphasized the crucial role of toll-like receptor(TLR)in host recognition of pathogen and triggering innate immune reaction to fight infection. In response to challenges by various TLR ligands, cells employ specific combination of adaptor proteins to organize and transduce intracellular signaling to kinases of transcription factors, terminaliy resulting in activation of transcription factors. It is likely that the intracellular signaling fluxes are mainly modeled by involvement of specific combination of adaptor molecules.
