New Progress of Immunosuppressive Agents In Treatment IgA nephropathy

Abstract:IgA neph mpathy(IgAN)is the most common primary glomerulonephfitis worldwide,which is a immune-mediated glomemlonephritis,a principal cause of end-stage renal disease worldwide and is characterized by extremely variable clinical and patho-logical features and outcome.The use of immunosuppressive agents over a long course of therapy is often associated with significant remmi-sion rate.,such as cytoxan,azathioprine,lefmide and mycophenolate mofetil etc.The paper review the current progress of immunosuppres-sive agents in treatment IgA nephmpathy.
