Abstract：As antigen-presenting ceils,dendritic cells(DCs)are the most potent and unique,who can stimulate the primitive T cells and excrete cytokines related to pmmote the differentiation of Th0 cells in different directions.DCs als0 play a major role in initiating the immune response.Recently,Th17 cells has been identified as a separate T cell lineage,producing IL-17A (or IL-17)and different from to Th 17 cells differentiation and it in the airway inflammatory response.
