Abstract：CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T cells exert an important function in the maintenance of self immune tolerance.As an important subset of regulatory cells,CD4~+ CD25~+ Treg cells have the features of suppressive and anergic to antigen stimulation.Apoptosis can induce immune tolerance as well.This article is a review about the relationship and interaction of apoptosis and CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells.
